As part of the Abandoned Home Initiative, a comprehensive existing conditions report was generated documenting the three level home. The home was converted and operated as a six bedroom, 6 bathroom bed and breakfast.  To date the home has been abandoned for approximately 8 years.

After completing the report, the next task included a redesign of the bed and breakfast; converting it back into a single family home. The intent of the design included gutting the entire interior and exterior of the home. Redefining spaces, including bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry, and kitchen was imperative to allow a more functional use of the home. The exterior envelope design created an energy efficient home including new windows, entry doors, siding, and insulation.

Due to unforeseen conditions after demolition, it was determined the home needed to be completely removed from the property. The conversion of the home back into a single family was never completed.
