Maximizing Small Spaces

1 min read

This project required a creative design to maximize the small kitchen footprint. By adding additional cabinetry stations, we were able to maximize storage and functionality while adding visual interest. The front hall closet was removed to connect the foyer to the dining room providing the feel of a larger space. The finishes selected brightens the entire space allowing the natural light filter through the spaces.

The scope of the project includes the following:

• Maximize storage within a small kitchen footprint

• Open concept kitchen design

• Built-in cabinetry at dining room visually tying the two spaces together

• Built-in beverage station providing additional storage

• Removal of existing closet creating a larger dining room area with an open stair to the foyer
