'Campi'

Ever heard of a Campanelli Ranch or 'Campi'?

These homes were designed and built by the Campanelli Bros. in response to the housing crisis after WWII. The houses are built on concrete slabs (no basements) and with roof trusses.

The concrete slab is on grade which creates a direct connection to an outdoor patio with minimal steps to enter the home. The roof trusses allow for a clear span within the house which eliminates the need for interior bearing walls.

The Campanelli Ranch is a single story; perfect for aging in place.

Built in 1971 it is time for some updates.

• Open concept living and dining area

• Large kitchen and pantry

• Primary suite with walk-in closet, full bathroom, and laundry

• Interior utility closet (without a basement the electric panel, water heater, furnace, etc. were originally accessed from outside the home)
