Originally this home contained dark, compartmentalized, and inefficient spaces, This renovation and addition created a more open concept layout with a usable second floor with three bedrooms, including a master suite with ocean views from the balcony. The Nantucket style exterior seamlessly weaves into the fabric of the New England coastline.

  • New roof with redesigned (and usable) second floor

  • New front porch with master suite deck above with ocean views
